For more than a decade YO! Baltimore has successfully helped young people, previously disconnected from traditional learning environments, to increase their wage earnings and education credentials. YO! Baltimore provides a supportive environment at two locations, staffed by caring adults who offer education and career skills training opportunities for Baltimore’s youth, 16 to 22 years of age.
