The school reform, renewal, reinvention work we engage in with Goodwill is representative of the type of work we do across the county. The Professional Development staff at Eagle Rock are organizational change consultants working with schools, school districts, and youth service organizations to create healthy, high-functioning learning environments with the aim to improve student achievement. As an example, GW’s Job Training Program for Denver’s high school students is helping address the Urban Denver dropout rate of 53.2%
